Staff Location Breakfast Pool

Room A/C made significant noise all throughout the night

The staff.

Our main floor room smelled musty. The staff said it couldn't be helped because the floor below the carpet was mildewey since it was so humid outdoors. It was a definite negative for our stay.

Stayed there for the pool and hot tub which was broken. I stated my disappointment as that was one of the main reasons for staying there and paying more and she just said, ¿yah, a lot of people come here to swim.¿ Neither pool or hot tub was open. ¿¿

Charming hotel located in Fayette, Ia. It feels like a mountain lodge - warm and welcoming! Front desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Light breakfast and coffee served in the morning. Highly recommend!

Direct TV would not work. Fitted sheet was not on the mattress properly

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice location. Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel. Good location. Indoor pool with pool table and foosball table. Outside seating area available. Nice, good stay. Would recommend and stay again.

I liked how close the hotel was to hiking trails, the gas station, and deli. The front clerk was nice.

The jacuzzi will not drain because the knob is broken.

Very nice property, with amazingly comfortable beds.

Nothing that wouldn’t keep me coming back, I just prefers bigger TV and coffee cups. Even if those never get charged it’s still a great place!!!

Laurie was an amazing front desk clerk. She kept always had a smile on her face even when my boyfriend asked her tons of questions.

My one and only complaint was that the hotel's wi-fi was not password protected. I did not feel secure on the internet and used only my phone to connect.

Ease of access to Volga River Recreation Area.

Check in was dreadful, way overrated and overpriced. Front desk staff need to have additional training.

Visiting son at uni very friendly staff and homely feel

Quiet. Nice breakfast. The usual for a motel.

There is no sign indicating the entrance. The entrance is strange, through a gas station. The sign on or by the building is obvious. We drove past it looking for the entrance and then turned around and decided going through the gas station would be the way in.Overall upkeep could be improved.Hot tub and pool closed.

Nothing really, went for the pool and it was shut down!!!! And breakfast sucked unless you like cereal and yucky waffles

That when we got there the pool was closed. And the guy checking us in wasn’t the least empathetic. I even called after booking our room to make sure the pool would be open bc we really wanted a hotel with a pool. I understand things happen but I was really upset. I would have booked another hotel had I known their pool was down.
